Saffron Gin

Saffron Gin is the result of an alliance between Great Britain for its London Dry Gin, India for its spice used extensively in cooking and in religious ceremonies, and French know-how developed by Gabriel Boudier. This original product with exotic notes is manufactured entirely at Dijon and is used in numerous cocktails, the most famous being Saffron gin and tonic.

Saffron Gin

Saffron Gin is handcrafted, small batch pot distilled and made from eight of the finest natural botanicals, in addition to the Saffron which gives a delicately spicy character, the recipe has Juniper, Coriander, Lemon, Orange Peel, Angelica Seeds, Iris and Fennel, creating one of the most complex and memorable gins.

Saffron, which has for decades been the world’s most expensive spice is characterized by a distinctive taste, a hay-like fragrance and a rich golden-yellow hue.

Saffron Gin can be enjoyed in the traditional way but for a twist, try an orange, or grapefruit slice instead of lemon with your tonic.
