A WHISKEY OF MEXICAN GRAINS

We have 64 breeds, which makes us the country with the greatest diversity of breeds in the world. A seed as diverse as the food it gives us: tortillas, atoles, memelas, pozole, tamales and now, whiskey.

We decided to work with native Creole maize and Mexican grains thanks to this diversity. We want to reflect through a distillate the unique characteristics of each seed; The heritage, respect and work that each farmer carries from the field.

Each bottle of Juan del Campo includes all the information of the corn and the grains with which it is made: from the farmer, to the race, type, origin and terroir. Year after year we try new grains, but the main ones we use are:

Our country is full of farmers who contribute to protecting the diversity of native grains; This is why we constantly produce whiskey with corn of all types, shapes, colors and sizes.

OUR PROCESS

We work small batches manually, always taking care that the richness of the grains reaches the final product: a tasty whiskey.
